We print on demand. A typical order will take 5 to 10 working days to complete. Shipping and handling charges are 10% of gross. Orders less than $100 must be prepaid. We accept purchase orders, school checks, Visa and MasterCard. We welcome requests for translations to new languages. They will be addressed on a case by case basis, but will require a minimum order and extended production time.
